How much will my electricity bill be?

We know one of the biggest concerns when living out on the economy in Naples is what your utilities will cost. While we cannot provide exact figures, as these will depend on several factors including but not limited to things such as the size of your property and your personal usage, we can provide you with several tips to limit your energy consumption!

Remember to turn off your AC units when you are not home, keep in mind that properties with pools will have higher energy bills, and remember to unplug your transformers when you are not using them as they are major energy drains (just to name a few).
